Yes, we even have a dog park for your furry friend to stretch their legs. We do have some restrictions, so please read our dog policy below and reach out at (214) 471-3041 if you have additional questions.
The Farmstead is a Dog-Friendly Park. The standard rates per site include two dogs. Each site can have a maximum of 3 dogs. An additional fee will be charged for a third dog depending on your length of stay. $2/day, $10/week, $15/month.
All guests must provide a copy of their current pet vaccination records to the park before checking in. Please email vet records to info@thefarmsteadrv.com
For the safety of our guests and per our insurance requirements, we have breed restrictions in place for all dogs. Vet records will determine breeds. The following breeds are not allowed:
- Pit Bull Terriers or any Pit Mix
- Staffordshire terriers
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canarios
- Chows Chows
- Wolf-hybrids
- Mastiffs
- Cane Corsos
Pets must be under the owner’s control AT ALL TIMES. Guests may NOT allow visitors to bring their pets. Absolutely NO unapproved pets allowed on the property.
The site rent includes water, sewer, trash and wifi. Electric is billed separately at 12 cent per kilowatt.
Yes, we allow portable fences that are new or like new and maximum height of 4’. If fence is placed on the grass, guest have the option of maintaining their own lawns or moving the fence on our regular mowing days.
YES. We have a limited number of overflow parking spots for $50/month.
All trailers must be in good condition, registered and approved by Farmstead.
Maximum trailer length is 20’. Maximum cargo trailer length is 12’.
YES. The entire deck structure must be on the gravel and not extend onto the grass.
All structure must be of new or like new materials.
Decks may be painted a neutral color or stained.
YES. Guest may have an outside storage unit. Maximum size is 6 x10 and must be made of metal, hardiboard or rubbermade like material.
Storage units must be placed on the gravel behind the RV.
We allow older model RVs as long as they have an excellent exterior condition. Any RV older than 15 years old must get management approval.
